What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, preferred hire dates, delivery address (if you choose delivery), your site's access width, the equipment you're interested in, and any notes about your job.

When you hire equipment we also ask for a signed hire contract, photo ID and debit or credit card details. These are handled at the yard, not through this website.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about your quote, and to confirm availability, price, pickup or delivery.
• To arrange and manage your hire.
• To keep records we need for our business and the law.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

Your quote request is sent to Rees by text message and email. To do this we use service providers that deliver messages and host this website. They only handle your details to provide that service.

Maps and reviews

This website shows a Google map and links to our Google and Facebook reviews. When you use those, Google or Facebook may collect information under their own privacy policies.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we only keep it for as long as we need it.
