All rates are per day and include GST. Peer price is the higher published full-day rate we found for a comparable machine at other Perth hire companies (mainly the major hire chains), GST included, before damage waiver and other fees, checked . For combos, peer price is the peer prices of each machine added together

Collect or receive it
Pick up from Unit 5, 249 Balcatta Road, or we deliver to your site on the agreed date.

To ensure a smooth hire and to avoid additional costs, please read and follow the details below.
Before returning equipment:
- Ensure equipment is refuelled.
- Ensure equipment is clean, free of dirt and debris.
$50surcharge applies If equipment is returned uncleaned or not refuelled.
Debit & Credit card details:
Debit and credit card details are required and will not be used unless there is:
- A breach of contract
- Late return of equipment without agreement
- Damage to equipment
- Equipment not refuelled
- Equipment not cleaned
- Lost or stolen equipment
- Damage beyond general wear and tear
Your card details are kept secure
They are stored only for the above purposes and will not be used for any other reason.
Equipment Hire refund policy
Please choose your equipment carefully
Change of mind
Once equipment has been hired we do not provide refund if you simply change your mind.
Equipment unsuitable for your job
Customers are responsible for confirming that the equipment is suitable for the intended task before hire. A refund will not be provided if the equipment is later found to be unsuitable for the job
Client Cancellations
No refund is available where your client cancels, postpones or changes the scheduled work.
Rain or weather delays
No refund is available for work that is cancelled, postponed or ‘rained off’ due to weather conditions.
Refunds for faulty equipment
A refund or appropriate remedy will be considered where the hired equipment is confirmed to be faulty. Subjected to the customer’s right under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
By proceeding with the hire, the customer accepts responsibility for selecting suitable equipment and for changes to their work schedule or weather conditions.

Do the daily rates include GST?
Yes. Every rate shown is per day and includes GST.
Can you deliver to my site?
Yes. Choose delivery in the quote form and we'll confirm the delivery cost with your quote. You can also pick up from our Balcatta yard.
How do I know a machine will fit my access?
Measure the narrowest point of your gate or side path and use the gate checker at the top of the page. We'll double-check access with you before confirming the booking.
Is my booking confirmed when I press Proceed?
Not yet. Rees will call you on the number you provide to confirm availability, price and logistics first.
Do I pay on the website?
No. Nothing is paid on this website.
